Use The Cold Weather To Lose Weight And Get Six Pack Abs!
December 18, 2010
December is in full swing and along with it so is the cold weather. I have a few friends that like to say “it doesn’t feel like Christmas until it gets cold”. Well, I hope those friends are happy because it is really COLD outside, even down in the South.
What if you could somehow use the cold weather to help keep your weight down and to help develop 6 pack abs? Well, believe it or not, scientific studies show that when the human body becomes cold, it reacts to the cold by firing up the bodies metabolism – to help keep the body heated. That’s right – you can use the cold weather outside to actually increase metabolism, thus burning more calories (thus burning more fat). Here is an example of how to take advantage of the cold – take a brisk walk outside, make sure you are bundled up enough to be safe while keeping your hands and feet warm (you don’t won’t frostbite, you know!). Let your body get cold (not freezing, just cold) for about 10 minutes. Do this as many times during the day as you have time for…..then watch what happens.
Your metabolism will begin to pick up in reaction to the cold body temperature, which will aid in burning calories and fat. This will also help you reach your goal of getting that nice set of six pack abs. Just remember, use this tip wisely, don’t overdo it and accidentally get too cold or get frostbite. Also, drink lots of ice water – this will also help since your body will try to warm up in response to the cold liquid in your stomach.
Good Luck Using This Helpful Tactic,
Jacob
